Service being requested:

I am processing the claim myself and would like to request a full clinical history and invoices between the following dates. (Please note if you select this option we will not be in a position to separate invoices by condition) (£0)

I have paid all outstanding bills and would like The Grove Vets to process a claim on my behalf, with settlement funds sent to myself . Currently free of charge, (A charge of £12.50 / £8.50 for health plan members will apply in Feb'25)

A vet has agreed to process a direct claim, with settlement funds sent directly to The Grove Vets (£19.50, increasing to £25 Feb'25). I am aware I will have to pay a deposit as outlined in the terms and conditions page.
