New Patient Registration

Thank you for trusting us to look after your pets. We are excited to build a relationship with you and your furry family members.

We are a small team and we feel a responsibility to ensure we can always provide the best of care to all our patients. This means from time to time (if we are getting a bit too busy) we will put new patient requests on a waiting list and contact you as soon as we have room. (This generally only applies to patients who are already registered at a local clinic and are looking to transfer to us rather than new puppies or pets new to the area).

This probably goes without saying but we put our all into looking after your pets. We strive to build relationships with our clients and pets alike. Please treat our team with all the same care and compassion that you expect form us.

We do sometimes get busy (and need to prioritise clinical tasks over administrative ones) and therefore may not get to your registration immediately. However, if you have not received any return communication from us within 48hrs, please feel free to give us a call.
